Images uploaded to the platform must comply with our content rules. In particular, any images that violate the following will be removed and may lead to account action (suspension or termination):
- Non-compliant format or size: Images that are excessively small (less than 500×500px), heavily compressed to the point of being unreadable, or clearly upscaled from smaller originals that cause visible blurring.
- Improper aspect ratio / framing: Images that are not properly centered or are not square when the listing requires a square/cropped avatar or product image, resulting in misleading or low-quality presentation.
- Illicit or disallowed content: Any image depicting illegal activity, explicit sexual content, hate symbols, or copyrighted material without authorization.
- Misleading or manipulated images: Images that have been materially altered to misrepresent the item (for example, edited to hide defects or falsify condition).
- Privacy violations: Images that reveal personal data (other people's faces, government IDs, private addresses) without consent.
If your image is removed for violation, you will receive a notification with an explanation. Repeat or egregious violations may result in permanent account suspension.
3. Content Moderation and Review Process

- All advertisements and listings submitted to the platform are subject to manual review by our administrative team
- Review process typically takes 24-48 hours during business days
- Content will not be published until it has been approved by our moderators
- We reserve the right to reject any content that violates our community guidelines
- Users will be notified of approval or rejection status via email

- Credits are non-transferable and can only be used within the IPASKIL platform
- Credits do not expire but are tied to your account and cannot be shared with other users
🚫 No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We maintain a strict no-refund policy on all credit purchases and transactions.
- Credits purchased cannot be refunded under any circumstances
- Unused credits cannot be converted back to cash
- Credits spent on rejected listings will not be refunded
- No exceptions will be made to this policy

By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We recommend starting with a small credit purchase to familiarize yourself with the platform before making larger investments.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of IPASKIL, you are responsible for:

- Ensuring all listed items are legally owned and can be sold
6. Account Termination

- Engaging in harassment or inappropriate behavior
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Multiple violations of community guidelines
Terminated accounts forfeit all credits and lose access to the platform permanently.

IPASKIL serves as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.
We make no warranties regarding the platform's availability, functionality, or suitability for any particular purpose.
